Booking Our Services
BEFORE YOU CONFIRM PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DONE THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO MAKING A BOOKING....
1) HAVE YOUR VENUE AND PARTY CONFIRMED. it can be difficult to change dates once they are booked.
2) PLEASE READ OUR DISCLAIMER T&C'S. By booking a party you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
3) PLEASE BE AWARE OUR INSURANCE ONLY COVERS FACE PAINTING FOR AGES 3+. All children are to accompanied by an adult at all times.

We will send you an invoice for a small deposit/booking fee once the date and time has been confirmed.

Large Events/ Fetes /Fairs & Festivals
To book us for an event please call the above numbers or email for enquiries. All events considered although we do not provide our services completely free. Please call today to discuss the options.
PAY US A SET FEE FOR FREE UNLIMITED FACE PAINTING TO CUSTOMERS AT YOUR EVENT.
We offer our services for all day events, fetes and fairs. this can be up to 6 hours. We will ask for a set fee to paid to us from the organisers and can then face paints all guests and visitors for free. This is the most successful way to provide face painting for your guests and will be very popular. Enquire below for independent quote.
WE PAY FOR A STALL AT AN EVENT
Alternatively we can pay a fee to have a stand at your event and have a 'pay per face' system, The funds made from this will be directly paid to painted peacock for our services. Here your guests and visitors will pay us for their faces to be painted.
WE PAY A PERCENTAGE OF OUR TAKINGS TO EVENTS ORGANISERS
We can operate on a system were an agreed percentage of a days takings is paid to the event organisers. Rates should be discussed and confirmed before the event. Contact us below for information.

What to do next...
So if you have paid your deposit. Just leave the rest to us. We will send you a booking info form via e mail or download one HERE . if you could return this to us ASAP that would be helpful for us to make your event run as smoothly as possible
We will need details from you such as:
Event start and finish time.
How many faces need painting.
Any special requests or themes
Contact names and numbers.
Any other information that you may think is useful.
Please be aware that once a deposit is paid and your party is confirmed, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please read here.
We will try to get to your event 30 mins before the start to set up. it would be good if someone could be available to let us in if its a hired venue.
The remainder of your deposit is required before the event begins please. This can be paid in cash or cheque made payable to Mrs Laura v Oliver-Gear.
Please supply us with the name and number of the person in charge of the event location / n charge of letting us in, in case of an emergency.
What we will need when we face paint at your party
We bring our own table, makeup chairs and painting equipment to all events.
-A responsible adult/ parent to accompany all children under 16 whilst having face painted. We cannot act as a child minder during your event.
-Access to running water is helpful. Please let us know where the water supply is when we arrive at the event
-If there is no easily accessible running water please let us know at time of booking.
- A clear space to work. min 2 mtrs squared should be fine within a building.
- If we are required to work outside a gazebo we have a gazebo that we use 3x3 mtrs. please let us know if we will need to bring this. Also provide us the space in your event to assemble this.
- We will require good lighting... either in the form of natural light or good indoor lighting.
